17 year old Thomas Joseph Klem of Rochester was charged for theft of services stemming for his attempt to gain admission to the chair lift at Bristol Mountain without paying for that service. Mr. Klem was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the South Bristol Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
