The defendant 29 year old Courtney Vahue of Canandaigua was arrested for DWI following a report of a sick or drunk driver that had struck a, guard rail ramp near the thruway. A witness told police they saw someone driving erratically and struck a guard rail. The vehicle was followed Smith on 332 where Deputies located it in the area of Mountain Ash Dr. Mrs. Vahue was placed through sobriety tests which she Failed. She was arrested for DWI and subsequently refused to take a chemical test. She was held in the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in the morning. Charges will be answered in the Farmington Court.
