On February 26th, 2013 at 8:10pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeremy A. Capron age 17 of 61 State Street Apartment A Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Criminal contempt 2nd. Capron is alledged to have violated an order of protection earlier in the day. Capron was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court in front of acting Seneca Falls Town Justice Mattoon where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail, $5000.00 insurance bond. Capron is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 27th, 2013 at 9:00am.
