On March 2nd, 2013 at 4:12pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Winifred A. Callese age 37 of 136 Chapin Street Canandaigua New York, 14424 for Issuing a Bad Check. This arrests stems from an incident on January 17th, 2013 when Callese issued a check with knowledge of insufficient funds. Callese was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court where she was released on her own recognisance and is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 13th, 2013 at 9:00am.
