Seneca Falls Man Arrested For Growing Pot

On March 19, 2013, the Seneca County Sheriff's Office arrested Richard C. Parish, 34, of 3778 Route 89, Seneca Falls, New York, following an investigation into the growing and possession of marihuana at his residence.

A joint investigation between Seneca County Child Protective Services and the Sheriff's Office led to the discovery of seventeen marihuana plants and about two ounces of dried marihuana. 

Parish was charged with Growing of Cannabis by Unlicensed Persons and Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the fifth degree.  Parish was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Fayette Town Court on April 17, 2013 at 7pm.
