Prescription Meds Has Victor Woman Arrested

On Thursday, March 21,2013 Suzanne Reibson was attested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs as a Class E Felony subsequent to an investigation into an accident that occurred on State Route 96 at its intersection with Commons Boulevard in the Town of Victor. Ms. Reibson was operating her vehicle (a Chevrolet SUV) in a northerly direction on State Route 96 when she struck Mr. Spencer's Ford SUV as it sat stopped in traffic at a red light at the intersection. This caused Mr. Spencer's vehicle to strike Mr. Elliott's vehicle, a Honda sedan, as it sat stopped at the light. Subsequent investigation found that Ms. Reibson was under the influence of a prescription medication at the time of the crash. She was charged wth Driving "While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Following Too Closely, issued traffic citations, and released. The Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs is a Class E felony because Ms. Reibson was convicted of a prior Driving While Intoxicated offense within the past ten years. No one was injured in the accident.
