Farmington Man Liscense Revoked 9 Times Stopped for Traffic Infraction

On 3/21/13 at about 4:56pm on Loomis Road located in the Town of Farmington, Ontario County Sheriffs arrested Terry S. Mathews (22yo male of Farmington, NY) for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor-Vehicle 2nd Degree. This occurred after Deputies had stopped Mr. Mathews for a minor traffic infraction. Deputies discovered Mr. Mathew's drivers license to be suspended/revoked a total of 9 times and having 5 Scoff Law suspensions on 4 separate dates. Deputies arraigned Mr. Mathews in Farmington Town Court where he was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $ 1,000.00 insurance bond. He will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
