Rochester Woman Ticketed After Causing Accident In Bloomfield

On 3/30/13 at approximately 10am, Deputies responded with East Bloomfield Fire and Ambulance, and Finger Lakes Ambulance, for a two vehicle crash at the intersection of State Route 5&20 and South Avenue. A 2007 Chevrolet sedan, operated by 32 year old Julie Krezmer of Rochester was southbound on South Ave. when it crossed. Route 5 into the path of an eastbound 2011 Chevrolet SUV operated by 61 year old Catherine Templar of Bloomfield. Ms. Templar was extricated from the vehicle by East Bloomfield Fire Dept. and transported to FF Thompson ER by East Bloomfield Ambulance for a possible wrist fracture.

Ms. Krezmer complained of pain in her left thumb but refused treatment. She was issued a ticket for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. All were wearing their seatbelts and both vehicles had airbag deployment.
