Pennsylvania Man Allgedly Tries to Open Fake Line of Credit

On Monday, September 09, 2013 54 year old Nathaniel Collins of Philidelphia, PA was arrested at the Sears at Eastview Mall and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forgerd Instrument in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Mr. Collins used a forged Pennsylvania driver's license to attempt to open a line of credit at Sears. Mr. Collins was arraigned in the Victor Town Court and. committed to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
