On 06/2S/12 OCSO Deputies responded to a 2 car personal injury accident at the intersection of Route 96 and Route 251 in the Town of Victor. Ryan. Cook was traveling east on Route 96 when he rear ended another vehicle that was stopping for traffic at the intersection which was driven by Julie Locke. Ryan was complaining of neck pain and was transported to FF Thompson hospital by Honeoye Falls Ambulance. Jessica Iannone who was a passenger in Ryan's vehicle was also complaining of neck pain and she was transported to FF Thompson by Victor-Farmington Ambulance. Ryan and Jessica were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash. Julie was also wearing her seat belt and did not sustain any injuries. Ryan was issued a ticket for following to close. Fisher's Fire Department also responded and assisted at the scene.
