Geneva City School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten Parent Information Night

The Geneva City School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten program is recruiting participants for the 2013 –2014 school year. September 2013 will mark the 7th year of the UPK program sponsored by the Geneva City School District. UPK is FREE for any Geneva City School District child who is four years old as of December 1st and is eligible to enter Kindergarten the following year. UPK is a half day program promoting school readiness and focuses on all aspects of healthy development including social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. UPK classrooms are strategically located throughout the city of Geneva to enhance accessibility for all families. There is a limited number of slots available at each center and pre-registration is required.
There will be an information evening for prospective participants on Thursday, February 7, 2013 in the WestStreetSchool multi-purpose room at 6:00pm. Applications will be available for the first time at the information night. A representative from each UPK site will be available to answer questions.
