Before visiting your local garden center or 'box store' to purchase plants, have you done a landscape plan? Or do you shop for bargains or plants that catch your eye? Then you try to make them 'fit in' or fill vacant spots. The result is a 'hodge podge' collection of plants rather than an organized effective planting. Roger VanNostrand, Ontario County Master Gardener will guide you on evaluating your current landscape and planning whatever new landscape projects you have in mind for the upcoming season.
