So now you are wondering, "How?" How do I get started, right? Well, you can start by joining us for an amazing six weeks of Nutrition education  and a Zumba workout. That is right...You can Zumba into Better Health with us at CCE. What better way to get back into shape and improve your food choices. Come learn how to shop on a budget, how to choose, buy and store fruits and vegetables and learn how to cook quick, healthy and tasty meals for you and your whole family. Research shows that for a better quality of life it is important to pair daily exercise with a healthy diet. And that is exactly what this program will offer.
