Finger Lakes Impact Golf Scramble

The IMPACT Scramble will be May 19, 2012 at Silver Creek Golf Course in
Waterloo, NY.
Registrations starts at 11 am with Tee Time at 12 noon.
Cost per Team is $300 or $75 per Golfer. Registration includes:
•18 holes of golf
•Cart
•Hot Dog or Cheeseburger and soda/beer. Must be 21 for beer
•Steak/Chicken Dinner after tournament
•IMPACT Scramble T Shirt
