Yates County Sheriff Ron Spike updates us on the investigation
Pielow's 20 year old son was a passenger in the truck and called 9-1-1. Sheriff Spike said Dale Pielow did everything he could to help the girls.
Anna Burkholder passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital, while Nora Burkholder is listed in fair condition at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital. Sheriff Spike said testing of Pielow's system came back negative for any illegal substances. The sisters, who come from a Mennonite family, were not wearing safety helmets, which is a belief of that faith.
