Alleged Ithaca Shooter Turns Himself In

The Ithaca man wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred Monday night near the intersection of South Plain Street and Cleveland Avenue has turned himself in to police.

Clifton McBean was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon and felony reckless endangerment.

McBean knew his alleged shooting victim, who suffered two gunshot wounds. He was being held in city lockup pending arraignment.
