Cayuga Legislature Chair Optimistic for 2017

He added the county made progress in financial matters in 2016, and he's proposed the creation of several reserve funds as a way to continue on the same track this year.

Batman says the legislature will engage in a serious study of the organizational structure of both the legislature and county operations as a way of streamling procedures and saving money.
