3 Year Old Found Wandering Outdoors; Rushville Mom Charged

A 33 year old Rushville woman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child Saturday after her three year old was found outside unattended.

After receiving a complaint, the Yates County Sheriff's Office contacted Linda Randall, who was not aware that her three year old had climbed out a bedroom window and into the snow.  A computer check of Ms. Randall revealed she had active warrants out of Middlesex and Dansville courts for failing to appear on vehicle and traffic charges.

Following her separate arraignments on the bench warrant and endangerment charges in Potter Town Court, Randall was sent to Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
