Beer Tanks Start Trip Down Canal

There 's a different kind of twelve pack floating down stream. the Genesee Brewery in Rochester is expecting a special delivery.-12 massive beer tanks have begun their journey on the Erie Canal to the Genesee Brewary in Rochester for a major upgrade project at the brewery. Each tank is 20 feet wide and more than 60 feet long, making it extremely difficult to transport via roadways. A single tank is capable of holding more than 2,000 barrels, or more than 661-THOUSAND cans of beer. The trip down the Eire Canal has been delayed because of the high water levels.
