HWS Students to "Green" Things Up

300 Hobart William Smith students will take part in the annual Spring Community Service Day Saturday. This year it's a tree planting event supported by the National Arbor Day Foundation. The College's Katie Flowers says they have been designated as a 2012 Tree Campus USA site.

                                                                                                                          

                                                                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                             



Trees will also be planted around the area  in about 10 different locations including the Center for Concern, Hillside Children's Center, Geneva Middle and High schools,  the Kashong Nature Preserve, the Bishop Nature Preserve and the Beverly Animal Shelter
