OWASCO -- H & J Hospitality, which is managing the Pavilion at Emerson Park this year -- the first private proprietor of the facility, rather than a series of caterers, since the early 1980s -- is holding a Job Fair, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, at the Auburn Holiday Inn.
H & J owner Jamie Ciaschi he needs staff for both the front and back of the house.
More than four million dollars worth of renovations at the Emerson Park Pavilion will soon be completed, and the facility re-opens very soon. Ciaschi says banquet work can pay quite well.
