44 year old Anthony Joesph Polimeni was arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. He allegedly yelled at Ms neighbor saying that she and her husband were dead. Polimeni was arraigned in Naples Town Court and ROR'd. He will appear at a later date to answer the charge.
