Congressman Tom Reed has gone into campaign mode, formally announcing his re-election bid at stops in Jamestown, Olean, Corning, Geneva, Waterloo, and Newfield today (Monday) .
He says Washington politics is a whirlwind at times and it doesn't seem that much gets done.
Reed has held 50 town halls in his 18 months in office.
