The Ithaca Police Department is investigating an incident in which an unknown man entered into an unlocked apartment of two college students. The man confronted the first woman who was awake in her room at which time she told him to get out. The suspect then went to the living room where he located the second woman and touched her inappropriately while she was sleeping. The second woman yelled at him and he fled the apartment. Authorties described him as an asian male approximately 20 years old 5-9 and 150 lbs. He has short brown or balck hair and as last seen wearing a red popl and blue or tan shorts.
