At 2:06 Am Officers of the Ithaca Police Department stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver Travis Anderson was determined to be intoxicated and arrested for DWI. Another passenger of the vehicle Arman Williams was also arrested for having an active Warrant from the NYS Division of Parole. Subsequent investigation and search of Anderson revealed that he possessed both Marihuana and Cocaine. Anderson was additionally charged with
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Both defendants are currently held at the Ithaca Police Department.
