MANCHESTER - There will be some changes in your routine if you drive on Route 96 in the Town of Manchester and bridge work is scheduled to start on Tuesday.
They are replacing the bridge deck that carries Route 96 over the Canandaigua Outlet in the Town of Manchester. This bridge is located just east of Route 21. A detour will be posted directing motorists to use Route 21 to Outlet Road to County Road 7. Local traffic will be allowed up to either side of the work area at the bridge. This should not have an impact on Manchester Pathway.
The work should be done by November.
