25 year old Heather Kathleen Capwell of Bloomfield was arrested on multiple charges around 5pm Friday in Farmington. According to Ontario County Sheriff's Office Capwell drove from a home on Mertensia rd in Farmington to Wades Market while under the influence of drugs.
After an investigation police determined that Capwell violated Leandra's Law due to her driving with an 11 month old infant and 8 year old child at the time of the arrest. She is charged with two counts of Felony DWI and misdemeanor DWI.
