NEW YORK STATE -- Gov. Cuomo’s office was crowing yesterday about a new report from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce which ranks New York 10th, among all U.S. states, for overall economic performance.
A copy of the full report is below. In it, the national Chamber praises the Governor for pushing a property tax cap, and for getting it through the State Legislature.

In a statement, Cuomo said "for too long, state government stood in the way of business development. Those days are ending. Although we still have work to do, this report highlights just some of the great strides our administration, in partnership with the legislature, has made by working together."
