The Yates County Fair opens its gates to visitors this morning at 10 at the Fairgrounds on Old Route 14A in Penn Yan. Fair General Manager Jim Folts tells us about some of the feature events at the fair today
as is the case every year, youth, agriculture and 4-H will have a big role at the Fair
