Penn Yan Police have arrested a fourth person in connection with a double stabbing that took place in Penn Yan Saturday night. She is 19 year old Mellissa Allison . She has been charged with criminal solicitation for allegedly asking William Bailey to stab on of the victims involved in a street brawl.
Bailey knifed one person in the stomach and cut another person's hand. Thomas Gordon and Samantha Hansen of Penn Yan were also jailed for their involvement in the melee
