Man Arrested for Charging $22,000 on Stolen Credit Cards in Seneca County

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested 49 year old David G. Brownell currently of 6150 Rt 96 (Seneca
County Correctional Facility) Romulus, NY on the charge of grand larceny in the
3rd degree. 

Charges stem from Brownell allegedly charging over $22,000
worth of merchandise illegally on credit cards of a victim from the Town of Waterloo.  Brownell was arraigned before the Town of Waterloo Court; ROR'd and is to return on 08/09/12 at 5pm
to answer to the charges.  Brownell is currently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on separate pending charges with out bail
