First Section of the Cayuga - Seneca Trail Opened

New York Secretary of State Cesar Perales as well as state and local officials were in Waterloo today to announce the completion of three key area projects funded with grants from Department of State.  The projects included  completion of the first section of the Cayuga-Seneca Trail in Waterloo . Perales and the others cut the ribbon to open the trail.

Geneva's Director of the Office of Neighborhood Initiatives, Sage Gerling explains plans for the boating museum.

 




They also unveiled designs for the Finger Lakes Boating Museum, and released a  Geneva Waterfront Infrastructure Feasibility Study.


Waterloo Mayor Ted Young and Secretary Perales traveled (by car) the three miles of trail to the Kendigs Creek bridge just in time to catch a couple of kayakers.
