He is only 5 days old and he has had more suffering in his little life than many of us will ever feel.
Baby Easton Friedel was born at Auburn Community Hospital Hospital last Thursday . He has a rare condition where his skin peels off leaving deep red scars. He was taken to Crouse in Syracuse and may go to Childrens Hospital in Cinncinati . His parents are Danielle and Jared Friedel.

A large majority of children born with the most severe cases of the disease don't live more than 12 months. Easton will require a lifetime of care and expensive medical supplies.
To aid Easton and his family, an outpouring of support has emerged locally and on social media sites. An online fundraising page has brought more than $58,000 in just a few days from more than 1,200 donors.
