A Wolcott man is under arrest after allegedly dragging his wife under his car in Macedon Tuesday morning.
Macedon Police arrested 32 year old David Cruz after he got into a fight with the woman at the Express Mart in Macedon. They say the wife tried to get out of the parked car, Cruz put the car in reverse and sped up and she got caught up in between the door and the pavement.
Cruz fled; getting caught in Palmyra. He is charged with assault, reckless endangerment, drunk driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
