Sandy Was Downgraded To Tropical Storm, Back To Hurricane

It's no longer a hurricane. Sandy has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm, but it still doesn't hurt to take extra precautions. We will still be getting the after-effects of Sandy, combined with a cold front coming from the west. That means lots of rain and powerful winds.
