Some kids were planning on having fun, until the cops busted them. First, late Friday night, Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies received a call about a noise complaint at the Cedar Lodge on Lakeshore Drive in Canandaigua. When officers arrived, they found 20-year old Kenny Arionus of Hornell holding a party where people under the age of 21 were consuming alcohol. He was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday morning, and was charged with violating Ontario County Social Host Law and unlawful possession of marijuana after deputies found some in his apartment. He will appear in the Town of Hopewell Court at a later date.

Then a short time later, around 1:30am, Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies went across the street to the Campus Gate Apartments on Lakeshore Drive after after receiving more noise complaints. Officers arrested 19-year olds Mathew Dakin and Mathew Ebanez, both of Canandaigua, and charged them with violating the Ontario County Social Host Law after finding that they too were hosting an underage drinking party. Dakin and Ebanez will also appear in the Town of Hopewell Court at a later date to answer the charges.
