Time is running out this year for the Assembly to pass and the Governor to sign Brittany's Law. State Senator Mike Nozzolio who has lead the charge for the bill's passage in the upper house confirms he is ready to re-introduce the bill in January if it is not passed in a special end of the year session that many expect.
The measure is for 12 year-old Brittany Passalacqua of Geneva, who with her mother Helen Buchel, died at the hands of ex-con John Brown nearly 3 years ago.
