It looks like the Ontario County Town of Seneca will be all wet. Up until now you could only buy wine, beer or spirits at a store for off sale consumption. There are three ballot items to permit sales in taverns, restaurants and year round hotels. Those measures are winning on a 3 to 1 margin tonight and Town Supervisor John Sheppard is happy with the developments.
