Seneca Falls Town Police Now Have 2013 Interceptor

 Something new in the fleet. The Seneca Falls Town Police Department has taken delivery on a new  2013 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor paid for with a 35-thousand dollar grant from the state. This patrol vehicle is all wheel drive and comes with a 3.7 liter V6 304 hp engine. Chief Stu Peenstra confirms it's rated for use in  high speed chases.

Ford says  the engine increases fuel efficiency by up to 35% compared to the discontinued Crown Victoria line.
