A 47 year old Rock Stream man that was reported missing Thursday morning was found dead in the water of Glen Creek by search crews hours later.
A State Police helicopter, rescue dogs and close to two dozen officers from various police and fire agencies were summoned to find Mark Mihalko after he was reported missing by his mother, who last saw her son Wednesday afternoon.
Mihalko's body was found just east of the canal, not far from his mother's home. No cause of death has been determined and no bruises or wounds were found on the body, which was taken to the Monroe County Medical Examiner's office for autopsy. The investigation is continuing.
