Civil War Era Music Concert in Penn Yan Tonight

Some unique sounds from the Civil War era will be coming to Penn Yan Friday. Yates County Genealogical and Historical Society President John Potter tells us more.....

Friday's event is funded in part with public funds from the NYS Council on the Arts Decentralization Program, which is administered locally by Phelps Arts Center. Again, it's at 7 at the Penn Yan United Methodist Church.
