Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign Starts Friday In Auburn

You know them. They're the ones standing out in the cold with a bright red kettle, ringing bells, asking for your spare change. Auburn's Salvation Army is starting their Red Kettle Fund next Friday, and Major Dennis Smullen says they'll just be around Auburn.

Their goal? $65,000 dollars. Major Smullen says the money made in Auburn stays in Auburn.

If you think dropping some pocket change in the red kettle isn't enough, Major Smullen says there are other opportunities for you to help in Auburn.

Volunteers are always needed: call 315 253 0319.
