Update:
A Manchester woman was killed by after being struck by a trailer while walking along Route 21 in Manchester.
35- year old Tabitha Harris was struck Monday afternoon as she was walking along Route 21. Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say 57-year old Isidro Ramirez, of West Bloomfield, crossed the center of the road, and stuck a SUV pulling a trailer. That vehicle was being operated by 33- year old Danny Tingue of Palmyra.
Ramirez’s vehicle then traveled back across the road and stuck a utility pole. The SUV and the trailer traveled off the southbound lane and the trailer struck Harris as she walked on the shoulder. Investigators say she pronounced dead at the scene.
Ramirez was charged with failure to keep right. He will appear in town court at a later date in Manchester.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Crash investigators are still on the scene of a deadly truck - pedestrian accident on Route 21 just south of Hill Cumorah near Manchester.
A woman was struck and killed by a truck while walking home from the store. The accident happened at noon in front of the Idlewood Manor Mobile Home Park. The woman's ID has not been released.
