It's Schuyler Hosptial's biggest annual fundraiser. "November Splendor" will be held Friday night at the Harbor Hotel in Watkins Glen. The Hospital's Community Relations Executive Director is Michelle Benjamin. She tells us why the hospital holds this annual event
