A 24 year old Dundee woman has been charged with felony rape. The Yates County Sheriff's Office reports Amanda Comfort was charged with felony criminal sexual act and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, in addition to rape. She allegedly had sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.
Following her arraignment, Comfort was jailed in lieu of bail.
