The Canandaigua Academy Spanish teacher arrested last Wednesday for allegedly having sexual contact with a 16 year old male student, was charged again Friday with endangering the welfare of a child.
Lisa Footer is accused of having sexual contact with the teen inside her Manchester home last July. The 44 year old is also alleged to have had sexual contact with the victim in a convenience store parking lot in Canandaigua.
Footer has been placed on administrative leave from the Academy. Her case has been adjourned until December 5th
