We're at the season now where quilts are being taken out of closets and wrapped tight around our bodies. But the quilts on your couch and the quilts presented at Schweinfurth Art Center in Auburn are different. The center's program director Allison Mitura says they are works of art.
Mitura was on Finger Lakes Morning News Friday with Joe Salzone. She says there's an upcoming quilt show for kids in military famillies.
Operation Kid Comfort is Sunday, December 9th at 2pm. Tickets are $6 for adults, and free for kids under the age of 12.
