With Hunting Season Comes Trespassing Concerns

Shotgun season for deer started this weekend and with it oftens comes the matter of hunters trespassing on posted land.  Penn Yan whitetail deer hunting expert Charlie Spacek says a hunter can be arrested even if they claim they didn't see a posted sign....

                                         

if a hunter shoots a deer that runs onto posted property, does he/she have the legal right to go on the property to retrieve it?
