A Canandaigua man gets to see a judge soon. 24 year old Jeffrey George Schinsing has been charged with possession of child porn by Ontario County Deputies. Schinsing was arraigned and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of 25-thousand dollars cash bail. He is due in court at a later date. Further details have not been made available yet.
