The Cayuga County Sheriffs Office this afternoon released details on the arrest of a Martville man for allegedly sexually abusing 3 children in a time span of roughly 10 years. 42 year old Randy Green was picked up Monday after an investigation into the sexual abuse of one young girl. The investigation quickly identified two other victims. Green also allegedly abused an adult man.
Green is charged with Predatory Sexual Assault against a child, Rape in the second degree, Criminal Sexual Act in the second degree and Sexual Abuse in the second degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Sterling Court and committed to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of 50-thousand dollars cash bail.
